PWC and Jet Boat Semi-Annual Service

Recommended for all PWC and jet boats every 6 months or 50 hours of use**, whichever comes first.*

• Change engine oil & filter.
• Remove & inspect spark plugs, apply anti-seize, (replace if necessary-additional charge for parts).
• Load test / Inspect electrical system.
• Inspect battery terminals.
• Electronic diagnostics check for fault codes.
• Inspect / tighten clamps & hoses.
• Inspect steering / shift cables & lube.
• Inspect jet pump / Impeller tighten links and lube.
• Inspect reverse operations.
• Inspect engine mounts.
• Inspect intermediate housing.
• Inspect air filter element (additional parts charge for replacement if needed).
• Inspect fuel system and lines.
• Flush bilge line and filter/ Inspect cooling system.
• Inspect exhaust system / hoses & clamps (see additional service for Kawasaki supercharged models with exhaust filter).
• Inspect Supercharger drive belt for wear / damage (if applicable).
• Compression test.
• Decarbonize engine.
• Apply corrosion protection coating.

Fisherman's Boat Group Outboard Annual service:

• Use OE computer to verify proper operation, check for fault codes and verify engine hours
• Compression test
• Replace engine oil and engine oil filter
• Replace lower unit oil
• Pressure test lower unit to verify oil seals
• Remove prop and lube shaft, inspect/remove fishing line behind prop, inspect prop hub
• Remove lower unit and replace water pump impeller, inspect housing and related parts
• Remove and inspect/replace sparkplugs (300 Hours for Verado extra charge for parts)
• Inspect external anodes replace if nesc.
• Replace engine primary fuel filter element
• Replace water separator filter element on boat
• Replace oil tank filters (extra labor may apply on some boats)
• Lube grease points
• Test run engine and inspect verify:
  • fuel system
  • electrical system
  • cooling system
  • remote control system
  • engine idle and performance
  • trim system
  • air intake filters
  • water filters (optimax)
  • Inspect poppet valve
  • Inspect timing belt and drive belts
  • Inspect steering functions (oil level)
• Combustion chamber cleaner (2 stroke
• Use corrosion inhibitor spray on engine

Recommended for all PWC and jet boats after initial 10 hours or 3 months, whichever comes first.
